Minimum Age Requirement

I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age. I understand that persons under 18 years
of age are not permitted to access the space without direct adult supervision.
Children are strictly prohibited from entering the facility during 24-hour unsupervised
access periods.

Acknowledgement of Risk and Personal Fitness

I understand that by accessing the Paradise Golf venue without staff present, I am
entering at my own risk. I acknowledge that golf activities, as well as unsupervised
use of equipment and facilities, carry potential risks of injury or property damage.
I confirm that I am in appropriate physical and mental condition to safely use the
facility, and that I will not participate in activities that may put myself or others at risk
due to fatigue, illness, or impaired judgment.

Unsupervised Use

I understand the facility will not be staffed during my visit and that I am solely
responsible for my conduct and safety while on the premises. I agree to use all
equipment responsibly and only for its intended purpose.

Access Code Use

I will not share my access code with any other person. I understand that access
codes are linked to my booking and that usage will be monitored. Unauthorized
access, sharing of codes, or entry of unregistered guests may result in immediate
cancellation of access, financial penalties, and/or permanent suspension from the
facility.

Guests and Additional Users

Only individuals listed in the booking are permitted entry. If I allow unregistered
guests to enter, I accept full responsibility for their conduct and any resulting
damage, injury, or liability. Breaches of this policy will result in penalties or bans.

Entry/Exit Instructions

I confirm that I have watched the required Entry/Exit Instructional Video and
understand how to properly access and leave the facility. I agree to follow all
procedures outlined in the video to ensure the security and safety of the venue for
myself and others.

Prohibited Alcohol Use

I understand that alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited during unsupervised
access hours. Entry while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted
and may result in immediate suspension and penalties.

Damage or Loss

I agree to report any damage or equipment failure immediately via the contact
instructions provided. I understand I may be held financially responsible for any
damage caused by myself or any guest associated with my booking.

​

First Aid

I acknowledge that a first aid kit is available in the front left corner of the facility. I
will take appropriate steps to use this if needed and report any incidents.

​

Emergency Exit Procedures

Emergency exit instructions are located to the left of the building when facing the
entry. I agree to familiarise myself with these procedures upon arrival and follow
them in the event of an emergency.

Surveillance and Monitoring

I acknowledge that the facility is under 24/7 surveillance. For safety and security, my
use of the facility will be monitored and recorded.

Health and Safety

I certify that I am in good health and able to safely participate in golf activities. I will
not use the facility if I am unwell, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or unable to
operate equipment safely.

Breach of Terms

I understand that any breach of these terms—including unauthorized access,
property damage, underage use, failure to follow entry/exit protocols, alcohol use, or
unsafe behaviour—may result in:

• Immediate termination of access;

• Suspension or permanent ban from the facility;

• Financial penalties or recovery of costs;

• Legal action if necessary.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release MCM Business Group Pty Ltd (T/A
Paradise Golf), its directors, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or
damage arising from my use of the facility, including negligence or failure of
equipment or services.
