Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made through our website or in-store.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before your session may be rescheduled or refunded.

Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable.

If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or reschedule option.
Use of Facilities

You agree to use our equipment and facilities responsibly and follow staff instructions at all times.

We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by misuse of the facilities.

Alcohol may only be consumed on-site if permitted by law and our venue rules.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of our services.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
