If GS Pro doesn’t load automatically:
1. On the computer, double-click GS Pro Launcher from the centre of the screen.
2. Wait around 20 seconds for the GS Pro Configuration box.
3. Click Play to start.
If “Not Ready” appears for a long time:
• Check that the tracker is connected to the correct WiFi network.
• Restart GS Pro and the Flightscope screen.
• If the issue continues, please notify a staff member.
• Sometimes you can get stuck on a shot, open the shot options box in the bottom left-hand side, and select re-take shot.
• Close GS Pro completely and relaunch it using the GS Pro Launcher. If needed, restart the computer before reopening
• Sometimes you can get stuck on a shot, open the shot options box in the bottom left-hand side, and select re-take shot.
Ensure:
• The Flightscope tracker is aligned and powered on.
• You are hitting from the correct hitting zone in the bay.
• No obstructions are between the ball and the tracker.
